Olivewood Homes is a full service real estate company, licensed with Keller Williams Portland Premiere Realty. We are located just outside of Portland, Oregon in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) reports that 81% of Buyers are unable to see the possibilities of a property beyond what they physically see in front of them. We also know, from numerous resources, that staged homes sell on average between 6-12% more than the competition and results in fewer days on the market. Those are pretty big statistics that affirmed our belief that investing in your assets through design and staging is the core of our business model.
